Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

reaching the summit is a lot more challenging than running a 42k race. first of all the whole encounter is so unpredictable from weather condition to physical condition. rain and thunderstorm can come and hit you at anytime during the climb. mountain sickness will hit you once your body starts to weaken. and last but not least the total number of hours on feet are at a minimum from 11hrs to 20hrs in 2 days.
you shud give it a shot at the summit!!!!!

galnexdor, yes more girls this time round (3 of them). trying to get more girls to get into it and also to ensure that the fairer sex can reach the summit as well. its not justs a mens game here!!!
in fact our group was joined by another Canadian lady who is alone when we met her on our way up to Laban Rata and together up to the summit.
