How long can you go??

This was sent to me a while ago and I did not pay too much attention to it until today when I was doing some housekeeping on my notebook. I stumbled onto this article and thot why not I post it up and see whats the response like. Maybe someone out there may have posted that too.

So what do you think!!!! How long can you go??? I cant make any comment on this but just go and do your own research. Try searching thru the DUREX website as I know the company do conduct yearly surveys on such topics and many many more.

Have a great week ahead and May Day aka Labour Day is coming our way!!!!

Saucony Triumph 5

Triumph 5 is Runner's World "Best Shoe"

At the "Heroes of Running" award ceremony on Thursday night, Runners World UK awarded the Saucony ProGrid Triumph 5 the coveted title of Best Shoe. Seeing off the Mizuno Wave Rider and the Nike Pegasus, the Triumph took the award at the ceremony held at the Imperial War Museum in London. The event forms part of the London Marathon Exhibition. One of the judges, Runner's World Staff Writer, Elizabeth Hufton reported that the ProGrid cushioning in the Triumph 5 had been acknowledged by the testers as a significant component of the shoe's success. The ProGrid Triumph had previously been awarded "Editor's Choice" by the same magazine in their Spring 2008 shoe guide and also "Best Buy" in the Sunday Times "in Gear" section.

Mohan ~ Thank you ~ Xia Xia

Mohan......that's the Indian gentlemen that I mentioned in my posting on KLIM08, that ran along side me somewhere at the 32k mark. He was asking me who I was running for. After telling him about the charity thingy that I am doing, he immediately without any hesitation told me that he will pledge RM100 for my charity run. He said he will wait for me at the finishing line and ran past me. So nice of him.

And without fail, there is Mr Mohan waiting for me at the finishing line when I crossed it and passed me 2 RM50 notes. I thank him again for his true generosity.

Read more about him here.
