Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

Train At Race Pace
Train at race pace I tried, pushing myself very hard in my first 20k long run. (my first LSD after Sundown Marathon in May 2008) I think the 3 months of rest (only doing casual runs and short races) had do me good. First part of the run was ran at very easy and comfortable pace. The return leg was where I start the "Train At Race Pace" philosophy. I had adopted this during my younger days of running and came out with impressive timing. And I am adopting this again but nevertheless I will know the timing will not be as impressive but at I want to prove that it will work at my current standard. As long as I put focus in my training I think I am up for the challenge.
