Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

What happened to the Globe
First it was Nargis who hit Myanmar and almost demolished the city and nearby towns, killing thousands of people. The number of people which are unaccounted for is still rising.
Then we have a tornado that smashed part of Oklahoma and Missouri, USA over the weekend. Although the number of death is lower but that itself already caused enough havoc and create a disaster within the two cities itself. It will definitely take a mammoth task to rebuild, not counting on lost lives, house and cars totally damage by the twister.
And then just yesterday, an earthquake of 7.9 magnitude hit the Sichuan province. Chendu was the city most badly affected by the quake killing thousands of people there. It was reported that the quake can be felt at neighboring cities like Beijing and Shanghai, and as far as Vietnam.
What is the world up to !!! I have no answer for you. No matter what, lets put our hands together and pray for the safety of all these people who are suffering because of such global disasters. Global warming and world disasters, we cannot run away from it.

This are the last days brother . Although I feel sad for those who lost their loved ones , I am not surprised because the Bible does says that in the last days there will be more and more calamities before Christ comes back .
Regarding bad economy , I'm also not surprised because someone in my church has already early last year prophesied that it will be happening this year.
Our world is badly wounded...
Mother Nature is hurt...
Who did it?
Us, we did all this...we are to blame.
Sad and difficult times ahead...
Let's pray to God, our creator, for forgiveness...
Pray for comfort, wisdom, and strength to carry on...
And do what we can to SAVE OUR EARTH!
