Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

May Day 30k Run
This was the first 30k run (after the recent KLIM08) in preparation for the coming Sundown Marathon. Obviously its challenging for me as my training had been slacking since then plus my form and fitness condition is not up to mark. I felt the strain on my body at the 27k mark and I slowed down tremendously so as to be able to continue running and not walk. Made it back to the finishing in one piece. Was a good run to gauge where my fitness level are at this moment.

No worries as you wil be back in no time for Sundown. And not forgetting that I will be pacing you during Sundown just like KLIM08. Hehe...
hope i can pace with you in Sundown, you are looking more like a much stronger runner now. all der pia session hard work with pm1 & gang is bearing fruits. time to consider a racer for the next pia session ~ PAR or 10k race.
