My 2 months training in preparation for Penang Marathon 2008 started on Sept 9 and today is the end of the training regime. Total mileage clocked was 367.91Km and two 30k LSD was done during this training period.
The last LSD of 21k done today was not a great run as I am feeling the strain of tiredness in the training. Leg muscle are starting to show some aches and stiffness. But I hope I should be OK with some rest and slow jogs over the next two weeks leading to race day on Nov 16.
I am not expecting too much out of the Penang race with what I had put in. Anyway I will be out to enjoy the run and finishing the race under 4h 30mins will be a big bonus for me. Else I reckon I can do a Sub5 finishing, and hopefully nothing funny act up during race day.
Time to have some rest now and take on the bridge come Nov 16.

Running like Forrest Gump is not easy you know. Body straight,run fast like no tomorrow until janggut also grow all over his face. Hehe...
wah, after reading this, i'm definitely short-trained for my 25km liao. If I can clock 4hrs also very happy nia .... with no pain.
jue, dont get intimitated by my trng. one man's food is another man's poison. so just get out there to enjoy the run and forget about the timing to finish. eventually u will get there
