I am getting lazy

I must get back to my running habit ~ My fitness sucks BIG time.
How am I going to run in this week Mizuno Wave 10k race.

Contrary to what many believe that one loses fitness after a week or so off, the truth is you don't lose that much for up to a 10 days break. All you need is a few sessions (4 max)of medium long run including one guts busting speed run at the end and you are back in BIG BUSINESS in a week!
It works for me and I hope it works for you too.
