Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

yup, I'm particularly drawn to this tree which had grown out 'through' the rock. It speaks so much of perseverance;tenacity;endurance and total resolute in face of 'near impossible' circumstances and live life victoriously.

h20, you have just speak right to the point of what this tree is made out of. and do you know this is the only tree that grew right in the middle of the path on the way up to Laban Rata. year-in-year-out, when i saw the tree, it still stands so firm and strong even with the changes in extreme weather.
tey, i must said my prayers were answered and blessed with fantastic weather. no complains at all and my group were extremely happy with the climb and as well as reaching the summit in time for sunrise.
