Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

Heel Pain
Develop a pain on the heel of my right foot (no its the left foot, what I am talking) when I woke up this morning. Look like the area around the heel bone had swell a little bit. Painful and uncomfortable feeling. I suffered this before and that was a long long time. Hopefully with a few days of rest, the pain and swell will go away otherwise I need longer rest. If not this will disrupt my training for Singapore Marathon 2006.
