Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

I am getting lazy
I must get back to my running habit ~ My fitness sucks BIG time. How am I going to run in this week Mizuno Wave 10k race.
Contrary to what many believe that one loses fitness after a week or so off, the truth is you don't lose that much for up to a 10 days break. All you need is a few sessions (4 max)of medium long run including one guts busting speed run at the end and you are back in BIG BUSINESS in a week! It works for me and I hope it works for you too. Take it real easy with the wave run & Take care!
