Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

And I swear by Saucony! Best running shoes ever! But because they are not easily available I had to resort to New Balance. I quite like them, but I still prefer Saucony!
Haha I also love to buy running shoes..used to get new one every 3 months but now I am quite good, I buy them every 6 months...
oh forgot to mention that your KK pics at the peak are fantastic....I remember the scenery up there so vividly that when I look at your pics, it's as though i took them!
yes Saucony is always my next best, since i wore it for my personal best in the last marathon 15yrs ago. wow, 3 months for a new pair of running shoes :o)

and the view up at mt kinabalu was fantastic. i was there just in time at 5.30am to watch the sun rise thru the horizon
hehe...My favourite would be Brooks...but i've tried Adidas Clima Cool, Nike and Reebok. Nike wore out the fastest. Reebok is not too bad btu the designs are weird. Adidas lasted quite long, but couldn't beat Brooks. I havent run in NB before. :)
Chipmunkrock: You can get Saucony from Jusco Mid Valley.
Seecube: I've worn Mizuno (Wave Rider 5, Precision 3, Maverick 4), Nike (sux!!! except der Pegasus Trainer, Pegasus Racer and Huarache), NB (1023, 828, a lot more - all numbers punya, silly way of labelling and confusing too. I started wearing them when all their shoes were Made in the USA), Brooks (present Glycerin 4), Fila (Flow K4), adidas (2 pairs, forgot names), asics (Gel Lyte, Gel 123, and a couple more),
My faves are the 3 Nike models and asics. Then comes Mizuno Wave Rider, Fila, Brooks, adidas and NB. NB's used to be softer and durable but not anymore.
