Believe It Or Not? It put organs on the feet as they are. Typically they are shown as points and arrows to show which organ it connects to. It is indeed correct since the nerves connected to these organs terminate here. God created our body so well that he thought of even this. He made us walk so that we will always be pressing these pressure points and thus keeping these organs activated at all times. If you are not walking enuf or pressing these pressure points regularly, you can revert to FOOT REFLEXOLOGY. I normally go for FOOT REFLEXOLOGY at least once a month if not more. It really relaxes your body, especially after a long run over the weekend. Go check it out and experience for yourself. |
Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.
