Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

Still owe you a review on the Grid Tangent3 great trainer-very light, keeps dry during LSDs (I soak my shoes with sweat), comfortable, great toe box (not too wide) no blisters....
goes well with the Injinjis( this goes on pretty fast once you figure out how, so no worries of delays during transitions in triathlons).
I have transitioned from heel to forefoot strike now with the Saucony - much more natural feel (same as barefoot running).. so I am pretty pleased overall.

Does anyone know if the K-ona will be offered in a full cushion model? I gave these a try and I suppinate too much and they were provided too much support. Love the cosmetic look and hope they have a cushion coming!
