The Penang Bridge Run International Marathon - 42km was a tough race for my comeback, at least for me. I almost did not achieve my target of a sub-5. Runing back and forth the Penang Bridge is not easy, coupled with strong and cold winds which easily cool down your body during the run. That was what exactly happened to me today, my body was cold and it was hard for me to get warm up again. And I took more than 1 hour 15 mins to cover the last 6km of the race. The last 2 km was a real struggle where I adopted the walk-run strategy bcos I am totally out of energy. I walk faster than I run at that moment. And finally when I crossed the finishing line, the official clock shows 4:57:36
Details of the run to come.......
