Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

I Survived
(L-R) Christine, Ben and myself

I survived the 20km GE Life-Pacesetters run today, finishing in just under 2 hrs. Although the timing is nothing to shout about but I knew there is an improvement. Still feels good after the run although towards the last 2km, both my legs were feeling tired. Struggle a bit towards the uphill before entering the Lake Gardens. Just needed to put more mileage and strengthen my legs. Next target KLIM 2006 - going for the 21km only.

carboman, thx for the encouragement. will aim for around 1hr 50mins for 21k in KLIM 06. it is always hard to make a comeback after a long layoff. really suffering man!!
Congratulations to you.
Try the full marathon in Singapore in December 2006. If your half marathon's timing is 1 hour 50 minutes, then your full marathon is less than 4 hours 30 minutes.
lets see how it goes......
