Life is not all about work and making money. There is no life without good health, and my key principle in life is to stay healthy and enjoy the utmost of things that come along. I encourage friends that I know to do whatever form of outdoor exercise that they like to stay healthy. For me, running and mountain trekking is one way to challenge myself all the time and see how far I can go, and on top of it stay healthy.

P L A G I A R I S M
What a word !!!. I don't even know what it means let alone pronounce pla.gia.rism until an incident happened. Very recently a running and blogger friend of mine found out that there was an act of plagiarizing on one of his race report in his blog.
What does PLAGIARISM means, you may asked. Good question and click here to find out the meaning of it. Immediately he lodged a complain to the editor of the magazine and seek an explanation.
I wont say more about the incident until its proven true. More importantly is that if you have articles that you have written out of your own hard work, originality and creativity, or pictures taken by you, please copyright them and put a clause on it. This will prevent someone from copying or stealing it without your knowledge and consent.

Woman over 40
In case you missed it on 60 Minutes, this is what Andy Rooney thinks about women over 40:
As I grow in age, I value women over 40 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why:
A woman over 40 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask, 'What are you thinking?' She doesn't care what you think.
If a woman over 40 doesn't want to watch the game, she doesn't sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do, and it's usually more interesting.
Women over 40 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you if they think they can get away with it.
Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.
Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 40.
Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman over 40 is far sexier than her younger counterpart.
Older women are forthright and honest. They'll tell you right off if you are a jerk, if you are acting like one. You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.
Yes, we praise women over 40 for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately, it's not reciprocal. For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed, hot woman over 40, there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants making a fool of himself with some 22-year old waitress. Ladies, I apologize.
For all those men who say, 'Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?', here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage. Why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage!
Andy Rooney is a really smart guy!

Train At Race Pace
Train at race pace I tried, pushing myself very hard in my first 20k long run. (my first LSD after Sundown Marathon in May 2008) I think the 3 months of rest (only doing casual runs and short races) had do me good. First part of the run was ran at very easy and comfortable pace. The return leg was where I start the "Train At Race Pace" philosophy. I had adopted this during my younger days of running and came out with impressive timing. And I am adopting this again but nevertheless I will know the timing will not be as impressive but at I want to prove that it will work at my current standard. As long as I put focus in my training I think I am up for the challenge.

BN MPs off for study tour in Taiwan from today
Goto Taiwan for a study tour and of all study on agriculture, sigh !!!!. I may not be an agriculturist or an expert, but why Taiwan. Their climatic condition is so different from Malaysia and even though all these goons got their bearings right, I doubt the exposure can be put to good use since our agriculture condition is so different from Taiwan.I hope these goons is not going there to learn about the Taiwanese kungfu perform in their Parliament !!!

Nine One One
Sept 11, 2001..... the day the world saw something happened that change America. This incident will always be remembered by the Americans, especially for those who were killed in the disaster.
I was stuck in Hawaii during that time and could not come back on schedule due to the closure of the Honolulu airport. It was quite devastating when I saw the incident on TV.

Whether he apologize or he dont, I think its immaterial. He had already done Pakatan Raykat a big favor. SCREW UP UMNO and Bee End Big time !!!. The more he continue to talk and hold press conferences the more damage it will be. His two bosses can apologize on his behalf and that just showed us how much control they have over their boyz.
Ahmad dude, keep on talking and you will just continue to bring the downfall of Bee End / UMNO faster !!!! He He He.......Lets see who has the last laugh.
